Happy New Year!
I know it is incredibly cliche and expected, but it is the new year and that requires a resolutions post. Except, unlike most resolution goals, I don’t want to change myself. I like myself and I don’t feel it’s something I need to mess with. My list of goals for 2019 are mostly for my creativity and career development, and a few fun ones.
I recently bought a book that has been sitting in my Amazon cart for an incredibly long time, The 52 Lists Project. Something I struggle with is writing block and finding one topic I want to discuss. Which has all to do with the fact that I tend to have too many topics swirling around in my head, making it hard for me to focus on just one.
This year will be about working through this collection of weekly lists for journaling inspiration, so I find voice and myself. AND the first list is perfectly for the beginning of a new year!
List #1: List Your Goals and Dreams for This Year.
Whoa, This is exactly what I needed first. Not only because it is the literal new year, a time for resolutions. But because I am at a point in my life where I should be starting a career that makes me happy and good money. However, I’m not. I still have no idea what I want to do with my life, other than it needs to be something utilizing my creativity. Hopefully this will bring me one step closer.
